We have been manufacturing quality flaps since 1983, for major tyre manufacturers – Birla Tyres, BKT, Continental India, CEAT and Goodyear who have all had appreciable cost savings.

We were the first manufacturers in India to export flaps in container loads. Even today we continue to export flaps to Sudan and Afghanistan.

With a domestic sale of over ten million and having directly exported over a million flaps, we ensure that our customers get the best quality at the best cost.

Our unit located at Sonipat, near Delhi, has a capacity of 125,000 flaps per month where we manufacture flaps for Bias & Radial tyres in NR, SBR, EPDM and REACH compliant compounds.

The TSF enables the mounting of tubeless industrial tyres on standard industrial vehicle rims eliminating the need for a flap or tube.

The Tubeless Sealing Flap is a compression moulded rubber ring with a built in inflation valve. The rubber ring sits on the cylindrical part of the rim between the beads of the tire creating an air tight seal.

One of the advantages of the TSF is not experiencing a sudden air loss when a puncture occurs or the rim gets damaged keeping the forklift or other industrial equipment operational.
